Our classes utilize all the Olympic pieces of gymnastics equipment. In
addition, students will use the trampoline, mini-tramp, moon walk, our
unique "Rubber Band" safety system, and the two largest loose foam pits
in Bergen County! Students are placed in class according to age and ability.
All classes are taught using our own Skill Progression Program. The program
is designed to be challenging, yet not overwhelming. Students of varied
levels of ability can develop at their own pace. Classes consist of a
warm-up, rotation through several events, and a cool down period. Our
student/teacher ratio is kept to a minimum. There are no more than eight
students per instructor; this allows for maximum individual attention.
*The student/teacher ratio for
Mom/Dad & Me is 6:1; special programs is 10:1

in a less structured environment. At Open Workout, instructors are located
at various pieces of equipment. Students may move from event to event
at their own pace. They are free to work on any event that has an instructor.

After perfecting their basic gymnastics skills, students may wish to expand
the time and intensity of their gymnastics training. The Intermediate
Gymnastics Program gives students the opportunity to train in increments
greater than one hour. Students wishing to participate in the Intermediate
Gymnastics Program should make arrangements to be evaluated.
The next progressive step after the Intermediate Program is the Advanced
Gymnastics Program. This program allows the student to continue training
multiple times a week, several hours a day. It is structured to give the
student the opportunity to learn skills with a higher difficulty. Interested
students must be tested into the Advanced Program. Please see your instructor
or the office.
Younger students who show exceptional ability in strength, flexibility,
coordination, balance or agility may be invited to our Stars, Development
or Pre-Team Programs. Like students are grouped together to further develop
the basics of gymnastics. Most often this program meets multiple times
per week in increments greater than one hour. The Stars, Development and
Pre-Team Programs serve as the greatest source of enrollment for our Team
Program.
Our boys and girls team collectively have captured over 100 State, Regional, and National titles.
Our team has become highly respected both across the state and country as well!
Team members, with their families, spend countless hours of time, dedication and commitment
to develop their gymnastics skills to the highest degree of perfection.
We take great pride in our Team Program.
